This is a 24-year old female administrative assistant who complains of a crooked nose and a bump on the left side of nasal bridge, a low nasal tip and wide nostrils s/p rhinoplasty with correction of deviated nasal septum 05.03.2013. The patient requests a second cosmetic rhinoplasty. The crooked nose has persisted since the first rhinoplasty surgery. The patient desires to have the nose corrected now. She has completed college and is starting a new career, so how is a good time for her to proceed with nasal corrective surgery. She does not want a radical change in her nose. She wants her nose to look balanced with her face and ethnicity.
