56-year old multiparous female, history of 2 previous subpectoral breast augmentations with saline breast implants, hard contractures, superior displacement, and severe distortion of the breasts. Breasts were redone with Allergan Style 410 – full projection – shaped – 420 cc – highly cohesive (“gummy bear”) breast implants in subpectoral position; intraoperative suture repair created an internal “bra” created to secure implant shape. Bra size 34 C.
